TO ORDER

Did you find what you were looking for? Awesome! Place the product in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you can proceed to the check out where you can enter any discount codes.

Enter your shipping and payment details and choose the desired payment method. After receiving your payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will keep you informed of the status of your order by e-mail or you can view the progress in your account.

What a pity that the product you wanted to order so badly has become sold out. In most cases, the product is returned to stock. It may be that a product is no longer back in stock because it is removed from the range to make way for new designs. Do you want to know for sure when your favorite will be back in stock? Send an e-mail with the link to the product to hello@studio-animaux.com and we will check it for you.

In some cases, the confirmation emails unexpectedly end up in the spam box. Can’t find confirmation here either? Then you can always contact us via hello@studio-animaux.com to be sure and we will check the status of your order. Do you have an account with us? Then you can always see the status of your order here.

Place the product you want to order in the shopping cart. Proceed to check out. Here you can enter the code of the gift card or discount code and the value will be automatically deducted.

PAY

We use different payment methods so that there is always a payment method for your preference.

iDEAL

Pay directly from your bank account with iDEAL. You can use IDEAL with a Dutch bank account number.

Klarna
Pay afterwards – only in the Netherlands & Belgium.

Would you rather pay after receiving your order? Which can! In this case, choose Klarna postpay as the payment method. After sending your order you have 30 days to pay. This way you only pay when you are completely satisfied with your new product.
This payment method is only available for the Netherlands and Belgium.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account you can choose this payment method.

Credit card

Would you like to pay with a credit card? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Bancontact

Payment method similar to iDEAL, but mainly used in Belgium.

At STUDIO ANIMAUX® you shop in a safe environment. We ensure that your personal information is kept safe. Your data is not shared with third parties. This means you can always be sure that you can shop safely at STUDIO ANIMAUX®.

The safe environment for secure payment at STUDIO ANIMAUX® can be recognized by the lock next to the bar of the web address of the page in question.

DELIVERY

Of course you want to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Did you place your order on a working day before 15:00 within the Netherlands? Then it will be shipped the same day for next working day delivery.

Belgium: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-3 days
Other countries: 5-8 business days

After sending your order you will receive an email with the track & trace code for tracking your order.

Netherlands: free
Belgium: €6.00
For other countries the shipping costs are calculated in the check out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace by e-mail when we have transferred your package to the shipping party so that you can track the delivery.

Have you not received your order after three working days? That is of course not the intention! Send an email to hello@studio-animaux.com with your order number and we will be happy to help you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of ordering. During this period you have time to adjust and review your purchase.

What a pity that the product you have ordered is not entirely satisfactory, but that can of course happen. You can return the product within 30 days of receipt. Follow the following steps.

Return instructions.
1. Pack the items in the original packaging and box or other sturdy packaging.
2. Fill in the return form that you received with your order, place it in the box and seal the box tightly.
3. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product? Then order it again on our website and return the original item.
4. Return the items to the following address:

The purchase amount will be transferred back to the account used by you within 14 days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

The costs for returning are for your own account. As a small company, we unfortunately cannot cover these costs.
We recommend sending your return with track & trace and with insurance because STUDIO ANIMAUX® is not responsible for the loss of a shipment.

Used products cannot be returned.

Unfortunately we cannot return the shippingcosts. The return costs are also for your own account.

How annoying that something went wrong with your order. Send an email to hello@studio-animaux.com and indicate what went wrong and what your name and order number is. If a product is damaged or incomplete, it would be very nice if you could also send a photo of it. We will help you with a solution as soon as possible.

STUDIO ANIMAUX® does everything it can to help you as best as possible. In the unlikely event that something is wrong, you can contact us. This can be done via e-mail, social media and by telephone. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing hello@studio-animaux.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
